Solo tienes que repetir EXACTAMENTE lo que oigas, ir parando tras cada frase y tu acento mejorará sin darte cuenta. Este es mi texto:

I have lunch in the office afeteria at 12. The food isn't very good, but it's cheap. After lunch I sometimes meet workmates or write reports.
